    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am not a fan of life sciences, I never have been, but I know there are other people out there who do like life science.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about biology, considering I had never taken a biology class. It is all the biology I need to know for the rest of my life because I am not doing anything with biology or life science again.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always stay on top of your school work. I slacked off a little bit during the semester and my grade dropped because of it.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Henderson was a great professor and I attribute my success in her class to how well she answered our questions and prepared us for lab.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of biology and the beginning of life as it begins in the cell. We learned many of the parts and functions of the cell as well as a brief introduction to growth and development of the embryo.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest you review your notes after every class and spend the weekend going over any notes/lectures on youtube to really allow the information to sink in. She also provided links to her powerpoint lectures so I would use the resources she offers as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Mrs. Gorospe is a great professor and made the class interesting.

    Course highlights:

The best part of the class was when the professor showed us videos like Crash Course and the Amoeba Sisters. I learned that when I don't understand something from the textbook, watching a Youtube video helps me grasp the material much easier.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the study guides before exams and read the chapter before coming to class!
