Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because you really learn about what makes a writer good. And more often than not, what makes a good writer is someone that is passionate about what they're writing. Mr.Kelly gives you the opportunity daily in his class to write about something you love. He also makes you write about somethings you hate, or don't necessarily care about, but it's an exercise for you to become a really strong writer beyond writing what you love about.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me were the argumentative essays. That's just because I want to become a lawyer one day and so it was really good practice for me. I learned how to do Schaffer style essays, which really helps me, even now, because when I don't necessarily know what to write about or how to organize it, it ALWAYS comes in handy.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, just try to read as much as you can. It doesn't have to be books like Moby Dick, just books you love. It really helps you to become a much stronger advantage when it comes to writing. Also, become friends with Mr.Kelly! I have known this man for three years and he is basically my mentor now. He is one of the best people you will ever meet.
