    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Interesting class. Pretty easy material, although circular motion is a little confusing.

    Course highlights:

The labs were probably the best, actually getting hands on experience, but the lectures were fun when Mr. Danssaert started throwing cats around. I learned about the mechanical side of physics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It definitely helps to have already taken calculus (or at least have some knowledge on derivatives and slopes).

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a challenging course that will expand your mind. Be prepared to be uncomfortable and struggle immensely. Overall, it is a fun class like this that you will remember throughout the rest of high school.

    Course highlights:

I strengthened my analytical thinking and problem solving skills. You work in groups a lot, which is extremely useful for future classes and life. Mr. Corman always connects the things we are learning to real world applications, which is partially the reason I am pursuing a physics/engineering degree in college.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

There may be times when you will not understand a concept, and the teacher may not be able to explain something to your satisfaction. Be thorough and direct with your questions to Mr. Corman, and watch Dan Fullerton's videos.
