    Course Overview:

    Overall it has been a wonderful experience, aside from all the fun activities, the writing assignments and the projects we've done have really shaped me and made me grow as a person. It's a great high school experience and I would not regret a thing.

    Course highlights:

    I gained writing skills as well skills to improve my communication with others in class and outside of class. You really bond with everyone throughout the year(s).

    Be open-minded about things and always ask questions!

    AVID helps you work on writing skill and helps guide your way to attending a four year college.

    Course highlights:

    I learned many skills on writing essays and about making my writing more strong in general. I learned about the benefits of attending a four year college and about the importance of college and high school.

    AVID is a course designed for many types of people. You learn many great skills which help you in school and out of school. You become very close with the students in AVID because you are constantly working in groups.
