    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches students a more difficult math. It really tests the ability of a student to solve certain problems and with practice, the student feels better each time. It is the type of Math that keeps a student motivated because of the difficulty, especially if you have a teacher pushing you.

    Course highlights:

At first, the course was tons of homework. I am referring to about fifty math problems a night. At times, it got really difficult to complete for me because I also had other extracurricular activities taking place, like sports and ASB. However, the amount of homework taught me to keep up with my work more efficiently and plan out my homework schedule. Importantly, I learned that I am actually capable of receiving an A in such a challenging math course. The reason I say this is because I come from a Mexican household where I have not had the best educational influences pushing me. The course really tested me at times and that is what motivated me. The highlight of the whole course was the teacher. I believe that is important to have an approaching because I was able to always ask for help with no problem.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, students need to understand the material, so it is important to pay extra attention because any little thing missed, can cost a test grade.
