    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Very interesting class! Mr. Decker is a great teacher who's clearly very passionate about what he's teaching and he's a very kind and funny teacher. His short stories brought on by his ADD are always a fun, minor distraction from the class but the way he teaches really gets us involved.

    Course highlights:

I love the Current Event presentations that we have to do weekly. It keeps us up to date on what's happening in the world and some of my classmates present in the most hilarious way.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Cumbersome as it may be, you have to take the notes and read the chapter. There's no way you can pass any of Decker's test without doing so, but all in all, it's a good class to take.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Decker has a way of teaching that makes you think for yourself. He does not tell you how to perceive a situation. On the contrary he wishes to learn form everyone. He shows us to think in a broader way, not in a narrow mind set.

    Course highlights:

Being able to have discussions, debates, and seminars were extremely eye opening. Everyone would put their own views and it made you think.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you participate it will be beyond worth it. You gain so much perspective from everything you do, its amazing.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is an interesting topic to learn about, and we as Americans should have some knowledge about the topic. Our teacher, Mr. Decker, makes the class fun and you learn a lot at the same time. There's never a dull moment in the class!

    Course highlights:

I have learned about the importance of the American government and the role it plays in our daily lives, even through the media. I highly enjoyed learning about Congress and their roles in our government. I have learned a lot, and I am sure anyone who has taken the course can agree with me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The biggest advice I can give to students considering this course is that the class is not too difficult, as long as you dedicate time throughout the week to read the book so you may pass your tests which are a big part of your grade. Also, make sure you get involved in the discussions and pay close attention during lectures because they will help you pass the quizzes.
