    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class completely opened up my eyes. Previously I would slog through History class, having read ahead of time; which resulted in being bored during class. Not in this one! The professor brought up topics not discussed in the book, and expanded far beyond those that were. The professor is excited, happy, and very knowledgeable about his class, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to take History 100.

    Course highlights:

I learned extensive knowledge on the Renaissance, Dark Ages, everything up to present day. There are many interesting side things that I had no previous knowledge of.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the book and showing up is mandatory!!! The professor uses questions from the study guides on the exams, and the answers are hidden well inside the book. Points are given for work done in class that day, so always go to class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course opened my eyes to a different side of world history. The course was not from a European view, it managed to look at every aspect of the world and how all of the world impacted each other. Not just how Europe impacted other nations.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was learning more about the World Wars and how too much power can lead to corruption. No matter who gains the power, that power has a tendency to take over peoples thinking and the way they act.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I advice to whoever is taking this course to keep up on the reading and go into the course with an open mind. There is a lot to be learned from history that does not just include dates and names. This is why history is my favorite subject and I find it the most interesting to learn about.
