    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It makes you dive into you brain and fish out the critical points of religion. It's not easy at first, but it gets better as time goes by.

    Course highlights:

I learned that religion can be interpreted in many ways. There is not one singular way to understand the concept.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ about religion BEFORE coming into this course. There is a lot to digest in 17 weeks. Participate. It's part of you grade.

I liked all the class discussions. They really made you think about how you felt about things and why.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all the reading and don't wait till Thursday to do all the homework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was an online course and everything was mostly self taught through weekly readings, quizes and assignments. A lot of theory and lecture videos. Overall it was a great class and it was the class I enjoyed the most during my last semester.

    Course highlights:

Overall the course was a lot to learn but very interesting! I learned about Hobbes, Kant, Aristotle and Van den Haag to name a few. I also learned deeper about capital punishment, Virtue Ethics and Deontology to name a few subjects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This was an online course and the most important thing to remember when taking an online course is self-discipline and time management! As long as you follow the given schedule and do not let yourself fall behind then online courses are great for those who need a more flexible schedule due to work, children, etc. It works especially great when you have a great professor who provides a lot of help and video lectures.
