Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking a French class because it is a beautiful language. Along with learning French you also learn about the different places in where people speak the language and learn about their culture.

    Course highlights:

I obviously learned French in taking this French course. I learned the basics, for example the alphabet, numbers, small conversations. It's like learning to speak again. One of my highlights was learning how to introduce myself through projects my teacher would have us do. It was exciting for me since it was my first French project that I had to present in French.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The main tip I give is to practice, practice, practice verbally. Your pronunciation will become better and it will help your writing skill.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The teacher did not take the course as seriously as I believe she could have and I passed every year with no less than a B and I believe I do not know any French at all.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to say cow, hungry, and beach. The highlights were watching movies.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you have a real personal drive to learn the language and study more than you are told to.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as you do learn about France and a lot that happens in Europe. It's a fun and enjoyable class, and it's a pretty easy course to pass.

    Course highlights:

I liked that we learned about the history of France, and after taking French for four years in high school, I can listen and read French even though I can't speak it all that great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You should take this course if you need to pass the foreign language requirement at your high school and if you're looking for an easy elective to take.
