    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He often makes his lectures fun. He challenges us to prepare us for the AP test. The homework he gives is difficult but he will help you the next day. he wants to only guide but and have you figure out the problem yourself.

    Course highlights:

We've only been learning about limits and the concept of infinity in limits. We found that there re errors inside the graph meaning that there is a hole in the graph.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Look in the textbook, follow the examples, ask question in class, have a study group, and learn to work in a group.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking AP Calculus if you really love math. Mr. Yom is an amazing teacher who makes sure you understand everything, and not just memorizing how to do things. He takes his time with you, and builds a relationship based off of trust. He dedicates time after school, during break, holidays, and weekends for his students. Mr. Yom is easily approachable. If you need more assistance, he is more than likely to help, but he needs you to put in that 100% too.

    Course highlights:

While taking this course, I realized that math was a subject that I enjoyed. It helped me realized that I wanted to go into a major that is related to math. My favorite moment in this class was when I finally scored a perfect on Mr. Yom's test. His class is known to be rigorous, scoring a perfect score on his quiz or test was difficult. Because I scored a perfect score, I was really proud of myself.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Always ask for help if you don't understand something. Always do your homework because practice problems aid in the understanding of the lesson. Take notes and take time to understand your notes. Don't compete with your classmates, but compete with yourself. Try to one-up yourself.
