Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The engaging course brings forth a new level of understanding in math. Mr. Lee is strict and sometimes very stubborn, but if you do some self-studying and work alongside other students, you'd do just fine.

    Course highlights:

derivatives, antiderivatives. Basically the summary of all the calc which is the rate of change in everyday things. It was fun doing that one project where we cut out shapes to visualize the rotation of an area under the curve.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I'd say have alot of friends and resources. Make sure you have connections becuase mr. lee isn't always clear on what's due and other deadlines.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Other than the course being really difficult, the teacher doesn't really teach the subject well . He makes us read the textbook, which doesn't really help. Also, he skims though each chapter so its basically a self learning class. Lastly, the grading rubric is really unfair since 70% of our grade are quizzes/ tests.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this class was being able to meet new people who are also struggling in this class with me! Also, I did learn in this class, such as the area under the curve, derivatives, integrals, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this class only if you really enjoy math! Also, take it only if you are able to teach yourself because the teacher doesn't do a great job of teaching. Also, make sure you remember all the formulas and rules you learned in class because a lot of it will appear in the AP test.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course not only because you can get advanced placement credit if you pass the exam, but also because you will have a great time in this class with Mr. Yom. He is such a caring, passionate, and unique teacher. He makes the course very easy to understand with his style of teaching.

    Course highlights:

I remember the times the class spent outside the classroom, such a our beach trip after the AP exam to de-stress after a long year of studying. I learned that with a great teacher, you easily understand a subject.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would to do your homework the day that it is assigned so that the following day, if you have any questions, you can ask him for help because you will see him every other day. This will definitely save time in class so that he doesn't need to go over homework in class, which means the class doesn't need to stay after the bell
