    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend physics for a couple reasons. Starting off, it is an amazing way to put a face to the math you have been learning your entire life, plus even more. Everything is applicable to the real world around you, which is a refreshing change from other subjects such as calculus. I also recommend this course for the intensity of it. It is a lot of work, but it pushes you to your true capabilities and makes other classes seem a lot easier.

    Course highlights:

Out of everything during the past year, my favorite aspect of Physics was the labs. After weeks of learning and study a new idea/topic in books, it was amazing to be able to do a hands-on demonstration and successfully accomplish something I never thought possible.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not get overwhelmed at the begging of the course. There is a learning curve that you will begin to experience a lot sooner than you expect, and it will make the class much more enjoyable. Also, do not be afraid to ask questions. In a subject as detailed and intertwining as physics, asking one simple question and put the whole puzzle together.
