    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I found this course to be very interesting. Gaining knowledge and understanding as to the developmental stages of life, I feel, should be a requirement for all students.

    Course highlights:

For me the highlights of this course were the social, cognitive, and physical developments that map out the milestones of our experience. Each week a paper submission was assigned. The last week i was presented with the opportunity to write a paper on generativity vs. stagnation, based on Erik Erikson's Psychosocial Theory of Development. I chose to write a paper in the form of journal entries that correlated to each of Erikson's stages of development. This paper was so much fun. I sat down and started typing and didn't stop for about 9 hrs.!!

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the material. The 5th edition is kind of all over the place so correlating some of the intersecting material proved challenging at times. Plus, there's a lot of statistics in the 5th edition, so if your not a numbers person (like me) you can get lost in the information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course to anyone. Professor Hill is an amazing teacher who caters to ever student's needs and makes sure you are getting what you need out of the class. She will help you outside of class and the online portion is very well organised and easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the development of the brain and learned a lot about Frued and his theories that I will continue to take with me through out the rest of my college career.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on track with your assignments and read ahead
