    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was okay. I wouldn't highly recommend it just because all we seemed to do was power points every single day.

    Course highlights:

There were some group projects that were fun but overall there weren't many highlights.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would find another teacher that has more creativity. This course was boring.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is the perfect course for someone who wants to learn about how people see the world. I took this course online and was still able to teach myself the curriculum. The subjects studied in this course were intriguing.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the sociological imagination and how sociologists need this point of view. I also enjoyed discussing the Zimbardo prison study and how people can really become the experiment. Along with the prison study, my other favorite subject was one on race. I learned how race is something that is taught. The experiment was phenomenal in the aspect that a teacher taught it to elementary students. Before the experiment, they were clueless about discrimination. It was amazing to watch how quickly these children turned on each other due to eye color.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are not interested in sociology or psychology, this is not the course for you. Also, you will have to put some effort into the class if you want to succeed. There is quite a bit of critical thinking involved. This class really gets your brain going. Be sure to do your reading ahead of time.
