Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This is a great course and I highly recommend it. The professor is very engaging and provides a lot of insight that is very useful. Work load is about average for a course of this level. Students are expected to participate during in-class discussion.
Highlights of this course include; the flow of funds, velocity of money, globalization, multi-lateral & bi-lateral business relations, trade, portfolio money, difference between offshoring & outsourcing, and political economics.

Advice for students:
I recommend students come prepared to class ready to participate. It is a 400 level course so the material is going to be more engaging and the expectation is students are disciplined and will be active in discussions. Professor Chavez is a very knowledgable professor and is very approachable, so don't be afraid to reach out to him if help is needed.
