    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's mostly conceptua based so if you're not super strong in math I would take this professor, there is still math but just not as much as other professors

    Course highlights:

We learn a lot of practical applications in this course

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

For the final just study past exams, literally many questions were verbatim from the past exams, also check out Chad's Reviews on line and in person.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is definitely challenging, but I can't think of any other class that will truly force a student to come to terms with concepts widely found in organic chemistry

    Course highlights:

Studying is definitely important, and that doesn't mean you can just start studying the night before and expect for concepts to stick in your mind. If an A is what you want, then you have to put in "A-level" work. Do practice problems and go to the tutoring centers for help as much as you need to.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do practice problems, and definitely use Chad's reviews --they'll save your life! If there are any things you are uncertain of then pick up the textbook and read away.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Cabirac is extremely knowledgable and passionate about chemistry! He cares about his students and ensures that they understand the material.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was gaining the general knowledge of chemistry that I will take with me throughout upper level chemistry classes. We learned things such as properties of acids and bases.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not skip class!! Attendance is vital for this course as there is so much information to take in every class.
