Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Grant was so kind and made learning new concepts easy by making analogies and clarifying in simpler terms. She was welcome to many questions and made learning nutrition concepts enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

By creating 'My Diet Analysis' I was able to view and learn what nutrients and vitamins were really in the foods I would consume daily. I learned in what moderations different types of foods should be eaten and how to improve my diet from this project.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Students considering this course I recommend that you take notes on the powerpoint and fill in the blanks to the slides. It can be easy to fall behind without this specific information.
