    Course Overview:

    Great course that is eye opening. Very useful in real life!

    Course highlights:

    The key concepts were how to be mindful and aware. It helps you develop an understanding and behaviors to create a healthy balance in your life by studying the bio/psycho/social aspects of wellness.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do all the exercises and readings other wise you won't get the most out of this class. If you do all of the assigned work it will truly change the way you think.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because I still use some of the techniques learned from this course. I changed my lifestyle after learning about some things about food and how it can affect me.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to manage stress and how stress can affect me in the long run. I learned different ways to manage stress like breathing techniques, positive speaking and much more.

    Advice for students:

    Listen! It wasn't hard to pay attention in this class due to the instructor being very involved and giving a lot of activities. However, you would be amazed at what you can take away from a course if you listen attentively.

    I would highly recommend this course because it teaches students about ways to be mindful in life and provides healthy lifestyle information.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course were participating in wellness events. These wellness events included massage therapy and acupuncture. These were unique and very relaxing experiences for me that I thoroughly enjoyed.

    Advice for students:

    To students considering this course, I would tell them that if they are struggling with stress or going through life unhappily, then this is definitely the course for them.
