    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because I still use some of the techniques learned from this course. I changed my lifestyle after learning about some things about food and how it can affect me.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to manage stress and how stress can affect me in the long run. I learned different ways to manage stress like breathing techniques, positive speaking and much more.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen! It wasn't hard to pay attention in this class due to the instructor being very involved and giving a lot of activities. However, you would be amazed at what you can take away from a course if you listen attentively.

    Course Overview:

    I would highly recommend this course because it teaches students about ways to be mindful in life and provides healthy lifestyle information.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course were participating in wellness events. These wellness events included massage therapy and acupuncture. These were unique and very relaxing experiences for me that I thoroughly enjoyed.

    Advice for students:

    To students considering this course, I would tell them that if they are struggling with stress or going through life unhappily, then this is definitely the course for them.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I loved this course so much! It is not a hard class and it was a lot of fun! It was not a class I would have seen myself taking in college a few years ago! I am glad I did though, I think its important to experiment with different types of classes while in college.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to manage stress effectively. I also think the class was a good reminder that though we are busy college students, it is still very important to take time for ourselves.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Show up, and finish the assignments! Its very easy the assignments are the same week to week with one big project for your final. If you keep up with the weekly assignments you'll do great! Also there is extra credit offered so you might as well take advantage of that!
