    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Regardless of whether i recommend it or not this course is essential for all business students. A lot may think Accounting is a dry subject but it's the backbone of all business. I would recommend this class if you don't know what you want to major in at the business school because you get to see whether you like the material.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were pretty unexpected because the professor wasn't a great person but i fully immersed my self in self-teaching and developed a great respect for the subject. I got to understand accounting and decided to major in it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're in the business school you have to take it. My advice to anyone taking this class is to read the book, go over homework, go over the class sheets because they do help out a lot. Pay attention in lecture and write down the things he doesn't mention on his slides because typically they are essential to mastering the course.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this class because nearly everyone has a failing grade for this course. The only way you pass is because of the bell curve.

    Course highlights:

The thing I gained from this course was that Financial accounting has many rules and regulations from GAAP and the SEC.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book every week if you want to pass.
