Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This is a Graphic Design History class. It is excellent for learning the evolution of writing, alphabets, design concepts, and much more all throughout history. The information acts as a base for understanding methods used in design all throughout history.
I have only been in this course for 1 week, the semester just began. However, the Professor is adamant that we understand that graphic design is a complex field and a thorough understanding of the use of space is needed to truly blossom in this field. So far, it has been fascinating to learn about the development of the first forms of visual communication via cave paintings, pictographs, ideograms, cuneiform, hieroglyphics, and the evolution of our alphabet as we know it today.

Advice for students:
Pay attention when she tells you that something is important, or that something will be on the test. I have also been making flashcards on key vocabulary words and artifacts after each class so i don't have to spend ours making them just before a test. It's much easier to stay ahead then fall behind.
