Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provided great insight on what it really means to negotiate and deal with conflict! I always hated conflict and negotiation. I'm still not a fan, but I understand it a whole lot better, and that's what's important!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was definitely the negotiation simulations. You register for an online negotiation simulation course where you complete simulations where you choose different responses to these made-up negotiation situations (it's almost like a game). They provided a lot of good tips on how to negotiate effectively.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you read the textbook and don't put off the assignments until last minute, you'll do fine!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I learned a lot of useful information in this course that I now see myself applying in the workforce. Dealing with different types of people with different emotions, backgrounds, and perceptions can prove very difficult if not managed effectively and without the proper understanding of how to deal with conflict .

    Course highlights:

I learned how to effectively and efficiently manage conflict in multiple environments.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This class will be very useful in the workforce and in interpersonal relationships. It really helps give you a grasp of many different concepts and solutions. The concepts are only in theory but you will be using them in practice after graduation and you will be a more competent communicator because of it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Grainey is a great professor, that has a balanced curriculum. He keeps you challenged with a good amount of coursework in order to keep you resposible for learning, but does not let it become overbearing.

    Course highlights:

The interaction that we had with eachother during a group project was the highlight of the course for me. As a course taken completely online, being able to work through a group project together was a different experience for me.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up on your work and do not be afraid to communicate with Tim!
