Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provided great insight on what it really means to negotiate and deal with conflict! I always hated conflict and negotiation. I'm still not a fan, but I understand it a whole lot better, and that's what's important!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was definitely the negotiation simulations. You register for an online negotiation simulation course where you complete simulations where you choose different responses to these made-up negotiation situations (it's almost like a game). They provided a lot of good tips on how to negotiate effectively.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you read the textbook and don't put off the assignments until last minute, you'll do fine!
