    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Joe Rody is the reason why I would recommend this course. He truly wants every student to succeed and will make time to ensure that the material is understood completely.

    Course highlights:

I've gained an appreciation for math. I'm not a math superstar, but Joe Rody was able to help me understand the math concepts and I'm better for it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take advantage of Professor Rody's office hours. He's there to help no matter what. Also, give yourself plenty of time to really work on the material. This class is tough, but you can succeed.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I think the lecture was sort of a waste of time, if you didn't pay attention. There is homework every few days online that help you work on your skills and prepare you for tests. The instructor is kinda awkward but super friendly and will help anyone in need. I actually recommend it, but only to those who pay attention and like frequent short homework assignment to help them study.

    Course highlights:

Of course there's your trig stuff and all that stuff. Just be aware of random clicker quizzes in class and awkward jokes but its a pretty chill environment. Also, he will call you out to answer if he sees your distracted. Don't read your comics during class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be aware of homework and frequently check online for upcoming assignments. It honestly helps you manage your time or learn from it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I'm not sure if he's still teaching. He was however one of THE BEST instructors I have ever had in college. He was funny and it was so easy stay focused in class since he always made it super interesting.

    Course highlights:

I honestly don't remember what I learned anymore but I do remember getting an A in the course and not losing my mind in Calculus.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Disclaimer: I put 6-8 hours because it was a summer course and they tend to be significantly shorter and more intense. If you're having a difficult time seek for help. But this goes for any class. Don't wait until the last week of school to look for help. Try gasping the concept since day 1.
