    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend taking this course with any other classes. This course has a lot of work and you are not allowed to work ahead. Also, each exam is taken with a lockdown browser and recorded. You are not allowed to use notes during exams.

    Course highlights:

This course is very challenging I luckily passed with a B and that was only because it was the only class I took that quarter and spent about 6 hours a day doing homework/studying

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY. STUDY. STUDY. especially if Math doesn't come easily to you. Also, practice doing problems even after completing the homework. The exams don't have very many questions, but you never know what kind of problem you will get.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

decent amount of work; I wouldn't say this class is extremely difficult but time consuming.

    Course highlights:

There really were not any highlights of the course. It was challenging to balance time for the amount of work you must do.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you allow yourself enough hours per week to have time for this class. It can be time consuming.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Odish is an amazing teacher and really ensures that students understand the real world applications beyond doing basic calculations.

    Course highlights:

My personal favorite part of the course was learning to calculate the age of elements using their half-life.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are gaving trouble understanding any of the concepts, ask questions and attend tutoring. Tutoring is readily available at Arizona State University with great tutors and mentors.
