Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the teacher has a set and stone structure that allows you to follow through on a semester basis including weekly assignments, quizzes, exams, and research projects. The professor is always willing to offer a helping hand by offering office hours or clarification in given tasks.

    Course highlights:

I've learned a variety of theories about Leadership Change and the complexity issues that may arouse within businesses and organizations. Additionally, the professor tasked a project that consisted of identifying an individual that is currently in a supervisory role and has worked his/her way into obtaining this specific position and identified as a positive leader. The project consisted of an interview process, shadowing hours, and completing a video or a summary of the overall experiences within the project. On the other hand, it was interesting seeing the different methods that were provided to us in the readings and experiencing it in real world scenarios.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend you to keep up with your readings, weekly quizzes, and start the final project ahead of time that way there's no rush towards the end of the semester.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Was very interesting in getting insight on what other leaders had to go through to see the change they wanted to see happen.

    Course highlights:

Viewing films on leaders who fought for civil rights and made a change in our society. I learned the characteristics that are seen in most leaders.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Dont' wait till the last minute to watch the films because it's a 7.5 week course and it goes by fast.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Makes you buy his book, which was boring. No break in 3 hour class, paid hybrid fee when the class was completely in person. Directions for assignments were all very vague

    Course highlights:

I did like the leadership challenge book. It was the only good thing about this class

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take a different instructor, or be prepared for lots of reading, and boring work.
