Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Both the professor and content material are great! It is imperative to be in class, pay attention, record lectures, take notes, meet with professor periodically to revise semester long project, and practice material learned in real time.

    Course highlights:

The motivational interviewing material and semester project assignment have strengthened my communication abilities. I have learned that changing behavior is an incremental process that requires support from professionals, family and friends, and automomy.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it! All content learned is helpful to learn theoretical methods to change behavior and help others be more successful at attaining goals. Dr. Chisum and TA's are knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful.
