Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Dr. Sam shows a lot of enthusiasm and is very knowledge in the field of Construction Management. Not only, is he a researching and interacting within his community and fellow students. He travels to different states and countries to share and gain knowledge in Construction Management. He knows something about every foreign student walks into his classroom, which eliminates intimidation.
I learn how to gather data and present that information to the whole class. I learned the differences between what is direct work, supported work and traveling work. In addition, I got a chance to visit different construction sites and network with the Builder, contractor and subcontractors. I got to see first hand what the daily operation entails on a construction site.

Advice for students:
Expect to work with other students from different levels of education and back grounds. You'll get to see first hand that foreign students have the same goals as you do and at the end were all the same. Dr. Sam will not let you change group members, so don't ask and at the end you'll be glad you didn't. Overall, you'll have fun and gain more awareness in Dr. Sam's class.
