    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to any student who wants to learn about vitamins and minerals and how the body uses these micronutrients. However I recommend studying the material learned at least every other day or every day.

    Course highlights:

I loved how the class explained how the body is effected without these essential micronutrients.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material every day to every other day, take good notes in class, start a study group, talk to students who have already taken the class.
