    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Taking this course was great! It was a great introduction into the future Health and Wellness classes you will be taking if that is your major. Holly Aguila is also a great professor!

    Course highlights:

I learned more than I ever thought I would take out of this course. For example I learned how to healthy financially. That is the biggest thing that I took away from this class because as I college student I feel that it is important to know how to manage your money well. This is also something you can use all throughout your life.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Some advice I would give students that are considering this course is to make sure you are okay with taking a hybrid class. This means that you meet for class one day of the week and all of your assignments and tests are online.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this course if you're looking for an easy A.

    Course highlights:

I liked the self-assessments that helped me recognize where I needed to improve in order to achieve better help.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It was a simple class but if you really want to learn the material well, you have to do it more yourself.
