    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course is very interesting. It is a lecture style class but Professor Boyd is very open and excited by questions and is always willing to answer them. He has good office hours and is a very good orator. He always posts his power points. The text is required by the course by you can get along without reading it. No homework only 2 tests and the final. tests are difficult but the grades are heavily curved.

    Course highlights:

I just loved learning about a human evolution. The lectures are very detailed even though the exams are concept based; I really enjoyed learning the small details. The course through everything from primate behaviour to genetics to human migration. All in all a really interesting course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend lecture and take good notes. If yo feel unsure about anything don't be afraid to raise your hand or visit during office hours.
