Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to all students seeking careers in business and leadership, because the course captures the real value of strategy and the process a student goes through to find strategies is a useful thought process/tool that can be used in all aspects of a student's life.

    Course highlights:

Highlights were understanding how organizations sustain a competitive advantage in a forever evolving market. I learned that strategy can be developed through resources and capabilities that are already obtained, but also through people who communicate their innovative ideas.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to open your mind to new perspectives and keep an open mind throughout the entire course, especially since you will be working in a group and collectively need to be on the same page to reach your team's goal.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Make sure you ask intial questions regarding instructor expectations as this is a team based class. Your grade is dependant on your classmate team scores. The instructor will withhold points for grammer, and sentence format errors. This was literally the toughest graded class so far in my degree path, and my teammates unanimously agree.

    Course highlights:

Learning to communicate with my class teammates to ensure our assignments are done on time. We all are responsible for our team score. I also learned through numerous discussions what this instructor expected each week.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be specific in your topic points, always give the "why" in your answers, not just the "what". Continue to work as a team, not selfishly as individuals. Honestly, try different instructor
