Not too easy. Not too difficult.

it is a lot to take in all at once and at a short amount of time.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course. It was the most chill class in my schedule. Mr. Bristol was awesome.

    Course highlights:

I was lucky enough to take the course during the 2016 election. I was able to make a more informed decision, politically. I also learned how our government works which is very important.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you read the chapter in the book, you will probably get the same score on the quiz as someone who didn't. Most of what you read in the chapter, he goes over in class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if a student is looking for a challenge and wants to know more about the government system. This class is a challenge but taught me so many important things that I will be able to use.

    Course highlights:

You get to do a lot of applications. For example, when we learned the bill of rights, you had to apply them to situations, not just memorize them. We also did an activity which mocks congress, where your class is either the senate or House of Representatives and you create a bill and each class reads through the bills and decide if they pass or not.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This class is defiantly a challenge, but worth it. Even if you do bad on the reading quizzes and think "Why did I waist my time to receive such a bad score?", always read the chapter no matter how bad you do. Mr. Bristol puts a highlight on things you need to know for the unit on canvas which can be used as a study guide for the unit test. Also, quizzlets and flash cards are practically a necessity.
