    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you have to take spanish. However, if you're looking for a filler class with not too much work, don't take it. Dr. Sandarg is a very sweet and kind woman, but she will make you work.

    Course highlights:

Obviously, I learned spanish. Not enough to speak to a native, but I can read a lot of spanish on the back of boxes and things like that. I did learn the value of flashcards and how to cram really well:)

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Use flashcards. Go to every extra-credit opportunity, because she doesn't give many. If you really need a good grade, try to become her favorite. She will go to extra lengths to round up your grade if you are really close to the next letter.
