    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend AP US History because the class is amazing. You learn so many new concepts about your country's history and how it came to be. The course may be rigorous but it is fun and the teacher is in fact one you will never forget.

    Course highlights:

By taking this course I learned valuable elements into our country's beginning. I learned how we became one of the world's most superior countries. I also learned of the struggles our country has endured as well as what still happens in today's society because of that.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

There is a lot of reviewing and studying required when taking this course. Study what you learn. Any subjects and any concepts you are taught, make sure to drill them in your head. Not only will they help you on the AP Exam but they will also help you to understand how our government works.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Welcome history buffs! Take a seat and buckle up!! Get ready to learn - learn- learn. The teacher was amazing and easy to work with. You will need to take lots of notes and don't be afraid to ask questions.

    Course highlights:

Being an AP course there was a lot to cover in a short amount of time. Where to begin? I learned about the struggles and ideals of the American People from when we first arrived to present day.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

multi-media learning. With so much to cover it can be a lot of reading. After we reviewed a topic in class and I read the corresponding chapters in our textbook I found it beneficial to watch documentaries about the topic. It kind of cemented what I just read because I got to see with my eyes.
