Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Wallace is a very insightful teacher who focuses greatly on analyzing poems and novels from the 20th century. She explains writing techniques in ways that engage all students, offers a wide variety of ways to teach her curriculum, and explores many useful writing methods like reflective writing, analytical writing, etc.

    Course highlights:

The main things I took away from this course were my ability to put myself in an author's shoes to understand everything they truly meant in their works, and also to reflect on my life and turn my experiences into reflective essays.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In this course, you have to read the books that are being analyzed in class multiple times to truly get the writer's purpose across to you, and although the homework may not take very long, if you complete the homework honestly and with attention, it drastically improves your essay and commentary writing.
