    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    The readings are captivating and the in class discussion about it are even better.

    Course highlights:

    The teacher made it very easy and comfortable to express yourself in class and say your opinion about the reading.

    Do the readings, they are critical to your understanding of the course and the discussions.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Hayley martin was a very comapssionate teacher and was always thorough in her expalnations. Her homework load and quiz load was always reasonable as well as her midterms and finals. She was always willing to work on papers with students if they needed help and always made herself available.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about the political system, not only in America but across the world. She also helped me be more precise about my thesis statements and quotes for connections.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always annotate during class and do the exercises that she assigns from the book. Also office hours are very crucial, if you feel yourself falling behind go to office hours and ask for help before it's too late!
