Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

English 4 AP has opened my eyes to so many different literary elements that are all around us every day. I had no idea how much literature impacts my life on a daily basis until taking this class. It has changed the way I view everyday life.

    Course highlights:

Learning biblical allusions were by far the highlight of this course. Every since we studied them I can't escape them. Every movie, book, even songs relate back to the bible. I'm not very religious but its intriguing to see these connections.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Complete the reading not only to pass the class, but to open your mind to new ideas and information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Reis is nice and funny, and can always find a way to get you interested in a story, even if reading isn't really your thing!

    Course highlights:

I've never really read any stories from the bible, but being able to understand how they relate and are found in so many other works of literature is probably the one thing I can really take from the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Expect a lot of reading, and actually read the sections assigned!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely love my English class. It can be a lot of work at times, but we always know how to joke around with each other and the teacher while getting our work done. It is never hard to understand the work we do, and it is even quite enjoyable.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned more about the Bible when we discusses biblical allusions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always read the books. They might be long but the effort is worth it.
