    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a hard class but if you study and read the textbook, trust me it will get easier on you. If you really want to get a good grade in this class you MUST do the homework. The homework are located on the syllabus next to each chapters that you will be learning.

    Course highlights:

Taking this class you will learn a lot or nothing it all depends on you. Chemistry is a complex subject and requires maximum attention. Another advice that I will like to give to a future student who is taking this class, is to learn the material in a way that will be useful to you in life. Learn chemistry in a way that you will keep the knowledge stored in your brain and use it whenever it comes across your path not because is a class that you must take it to complete your major otherwise what's the purpose of even graduate with a major that you didn't comprehend enough to teach or use it later on.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I will try my best to give the best advice, everyone have their own way of learning and their own study habits. Don't get discourage, DONT, if someone learn the material in a short amount of time that you are, this does not mean they are smarter than you. Perhaps they have took this class before or simply they are fast learner. I also learned over the years that if you learn the material in a prolonged amount of time you will understand the concept better and it will stick with you whenever you need it. If you trying to learn something quick I guaranteed you after less than a month, it seem like you never learned that material. If you read the book and do every questions on the end of the chapter and do the assignments, there is absolutely no reason for you to do poorly in this class.
