    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because we can always use more people with programming skills and this class teaches it well! It was hands on and informative! Sometimes the curriculum was a little difficult because it was new to me but the professor taught it well and I learned a lot.

    Course highlights:

I learned basic C++ programming in this class. It was very hands on which helped me gain a lot of experience on how to make a program run. We had a lot of hands on assignments that helped me retain the information rather than just taking notes!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that they should be willing to dedicate a fair amount of time to this course because it involves a good amount of practical and independent work.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it will determine where you stand in terms of programming. It will elevate your prior knowledge.

    Course highlights:

The improvement I saw in myself in this class. The first test I got 50 on it but the second test I got 86 and I knew then then that there was room for improvement.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study read and think outside the box (collaborate)

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as the professor clearly cares about your increasing knowledge of the subject and she always encourages you to practice rather than focusing on handing things in at a particular time.

    Course highlights:

How to use C++ programming language and the history of computer language.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Practice, practice, practice. You have to dedicate at least 15 hours a week. You can practice through code labs, or create your own programs out of imagination.
