Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class discussions are very interesting and the readings are always easily connected to everyday life.

    Course highlights:

Most of the time our readings led to discussions about music and varies historical events.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My strongest piece of advice to a student considering this course is to come to class prepared, and reading the required readings is not enough. Be prepared for group discussions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is required, but Professor Baldassari does everything to make the classwork and assignments as engaging as possible for students to write.

    Course highlights:

This course encouraged me to be more confident in my writing and think more about whether or not the audience is understanding my intentions rather than whether or not they like what I say or how I write.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't procrastinate and always stay on top of your assignments because due dates can and will creep up on you.
