    She is a great professor and gives a lot of information. She highlights the key points in all her lectures and provides study guides!

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about basic health information as well as a good diet plan to help me out in the future!

    I would suggest you take this class and definitely write down all her key points as they will be on the exams.

    Course Overview:

    I would definitely recommend this course, I believe anyone can benefit from learning about the fundamentals of nutrition. No matter what major you are, it's always great to gain knowledge about your body and how you can live a healthy lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

    What I gained was being conscious about what I was eating at a young age. Many people grow up and get diseases from foods that they have no knowledge about. As well, you want to keep track about your health and it's all about what you consume on a daily basis.

    Advice for students:

    Just a warning, if you want an easy A or just a course to lounge around this isn't for you. What makes the professor wonderful is how serious she takes her class. It's a class to learn not to be relaxed in. Once you see how serious she takes it and know the amount of effort you need, you'll be on the right track.
