    Course Overview:

    This course changed my perspective on what certain psychological disorders really are, and where they come from.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how certain conditions such as depression, bi-polar disorder and etc. can become more severe due to unpredictable circumstances and settings.

    Advice for students:

    This course is for people who are passionate about the subject, and are willing to learn a lot on their own.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Knopf is amazing, she's patient and will explain something as many times as you need. Her tests are very straight forward, there aren't any tricks. In order to pass the class you need to show up and actually pay attention to what's going on.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the course was learning about all the different mental illnesses. I feel more educated in what someone might be going through with their illness.

    Advice for students:

    Show up to class and listen to what's being said.

    Course Overview:

    I loved this course because it introduced me to the various different types of psychological disorders that people experience. I plan on being a psychiatrist and it was definitely a fun introductory course.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course was learning about the various categorizations of psychological disorders. For example, learning the difference between depressive and obsessive compulsive disorders.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Definitely try to memorize some of the symptoms of each disorder that way it's easier to categorize them.
