Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I definitely recommend this course. It is a prerequisite for many courses that follow within the exercise science track so taking it is a must anyway. I did like the class. It followed me taking anatomy and physiology giving me more of a perspective of the kinesiology of the human body and a better grasp of the mechanics.
I learned that physics never goes away so i cherish taking two physics courses prior to taking this course. What stood out to me and what i learned most was the range of motion and the muscle reflexes. The dynamics of linear motion also stuck to me as well as the constant force of gravity that undoubtably influences our daily lives. The group project was fun to do. Each group was given an assignmemt to research the kinisiology of a specific region of the body. My group had the spine and i throroughly enjoy researching and presenting the information that i had attained through the brooklyn college library database.

Advice for students:
Reading the textbook is not only enlightening but very neccesary in order to pass the tests that were given. Having a clear understanding of the concepts helped me stay on top of the information in order to clearly pick the best anwer on the tests.
