Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was great: she shared many of her experiences and was very passionate about her career. The lecture was interesting and easy to follow along.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course were the seven-day analysis paper, and the Fad diet paper. The seven day analysis, was a paper based on your eating habits. You noted what you ate for seven days, and wrote what you could change about your habits. The Fad Diet paper had you choose a fad diet and try it out. At the end of it all, you had to see whether it was healthy or not. Overall, I learned how to maintain a healthy amount of calories. Also, not every diet is as healthy and as helpful as people make it to be.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to do well in this course there are three things you have to do. First, make sure to do the readings outside of class. If not you will not be prepared for the lectures. Second, pay attention to the professors stories: they can help you choose a career path. Lastly, give yourself enough time for each big assignment so you can get the most out of it. Everything you put into this class, is what you will get out of it.
