Basic accounting knowledge is important for any business major. This course was taught by a great professor who cares how well you do and goes above and beyond to help his students. He really seems to love accounting; his enthusiasm helps motivate his students.
Basic accounting principles; analyzing, journalizing, posting, payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, depreciation.

While passing this couse isn't really difficult, it is quite time consuming. Lots of homework projects! Coordinate this course with the others you take that semester; try not to have other homework-heavy courses at the same time so you will not be overwhelmed. Also, take advantage of the online study aids available. They really help.
