I recommend you take this class at DBHS because all the calculus teachers are amazing. They thoroughly explain each lesson in order to ensure that the students understand the lesson. If you don't understand something, there are so many intellect students to receive help from.
Course highlights:
Although I'm not the greatest at math, I was able to actually enjoy this class. In calculus AB I learned basically derivatives and integrals, which are fairly easy concepts to learn.

Make sure you are alert during each lesson and ask questions when you don't understand something!

Course Overview:
Hansen is a great teacher. If you want to do well in the class, make sure you thoroughly complete the homework and make sure you have all the stamps. She won't round end of semester, so taking advantage of extra credit will definitely help if you're borderline.
Course highlights:
She helped a lot with preparation for BC the next year. As long as you pay good attention in class, you should be good. It's an easy class if you do what she asks.

Do the homework properly and with work. Use Khan academy if you need to, and make sure you put at least an hour to study the day before a test, no matter how easy the material is.
