    This class was tough.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course demands a higher level of thinking and requires you to look at moments from different angles . You may not realize it while taking the course , but this class help deal with the mist difficult situations. Let's not forget those who don't know the past are bound to repeat it .

    Course highlights:

The best part of this class were the online presentations. In a sense we were our own teacher . Doing the research on Ansaru , a group formed for the protection of Muslims , gave me an opportunity to learn and discover things about a culture outside of my own.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to take it and don't give up . The late night homework assignments are well worth the felling of accomplishment and the knowledge you will leave with.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you have a deep passion for history, you are the type of person who should take this course. It is a very intense, fast pace course. There are so many things to learn that it seems like one school year is not long enough. Most learning comes from reading your book at home every night. If you can handle not getting into depth about a lot of content in class, I recommend history for you. If you are an "okay" history student, I would not recommend this. Some students need more time to comprehend than others. Some need more explanations. Taking AP History when history is not your best subject will cause you to be left behind. Once you are behind, it is definitely hard to catch up.

    Course highlights:

I was in awe of how drastically America has changed overtime. I enjoyed learning about every president, and all of the scandals that took place behind closed doors. My favorite thing about history is the feminism. I love seeing powerful women like Susan B. Anthony stand up for women and making a difference!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go on YouTube and watch videos by "JoczProductions". He summarizes every single chapter, piece by piece. He explains and teaches on a level that is easy to understand.
