I would recommend algebra is foundational for advanced math classes. Helps to develop your critical thinking skills, including problem-solving, logic, patterns, and deductive and inductive reasoning.
Course highlights:
I learn how to become more of a problem solver and learn how to relate my data to real life problems that will deal with every day.

Advice for students:
The advice continue to be a persistent worker, because math is not for everyone. Also, enjoy algebra and be able to grasp it because it has fundamentals to other advanced math subjects that are taught later in high school and college.

the class I took had to deal with math. Algebra 1 was not as hard as I thought it would be. Going from basic math to something like Algebra 1 in middle school was something I knew was going to be hard but I pushed through.
Course highlights:
I learned that basic algebra format. I learned the quadratic formula and how to write in standard form. I also learned the basic algebra methods like dividing variable's and all that
