    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is the basics of chemistry. If you are going into any STEM related field, or even simply love science, take this class. It may not be super interesting at the beginning, but it will open up your science options.

    Course highlights:

This course took what I learned in General Chemistry in eight grade and expanded upon it tremendously. Atom and molecule shapes became more elaborate, the basic laws of chemistry were covered more in depth and then built upon. Don't be fooled by my love for chemistry. This class was hard, but definitely worth it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Remember what you learned in your early chem classes. Make sure your units are correct and that you are using the correct conversions.
