    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It was a very interesting and eye opening class about what we put into our bodies and how we can change it for the better

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot about the nutrients our body needs to survive and thrive. Most people don't know, and it's barely taught in school.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the book and look back on her powerpoints, nothing too intense, but it does require some studying

    I learned in the part of study notes within a particular subject which will make easier to figure out what the student will focus on
