Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it shows how much the places in the world can be affected by the changes of one thing in another place.

    Course highlights:

I learned that the economy relies on other areas of the worlds goods to function as one and more smoothly.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give is to really pay attention to how a small difference in one place can make a big difference somewhere else.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Hilligoss takes an already interesting subject and runs with exponentially. His lectures are informative, engaging and most of all entertaining. The market simulation his runs as part of the class is an incredible experience that goes above and beyond what a regular teacher would do.

    Course highlights:

The market simulation Hilligoss runs as part of the class is incredibly fun. The market simulation provides tangible examples of the real economic principles discussed in lecture, like the law of supply and demand and others as well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are worried about it being an AP course as opposed to a regular course don't be. The increase in difficulty and work load are minor compared to how engaging the AP class is. This is a course that greatly benefits from the AP style of the class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Hilligoss takes an already interesting subject and runs with it exponentially. He provides engaging and entertaining lectures through the entire semester. And every student walks away with a firm understanding of macroeconomics.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of class is the market simulation. Although simplified to provide a quick start market provides a real and tangible example of the economic principles discussed in class. Hilligoss goes above beyond the cash, bonds, gold market, bank and every other facet of the simulation as well. Words simply cannot the how far and above and beyond he goes the call of duty.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you're worried about it being an AP class don't be. The AP brings to a much more interesting level with little work load or difficulty increase.
