    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I absolutely love the teacher, he really knew how to teach English and he was really funny

    Course highlights:

We read many books and did extensive research on different books for our research papers. we worked on analysis and how to pick apart poetry and fully understand it. we learned how to understand Shakespeare. We not only learned the content but we learned back ground of the authors that helped understand meaning of the books we read. We also worked on learning how to write analysis papers and correct thesis statements. Our literature class really did well on understanding art of literature.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading is the most important. if you do not read it will be really hard to follow the class lecture.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because not only is it a challenging and fulfilling learning experience, Mr. McGee really makes you think about life. This course explores humanity, religion and many more important concepts.

    Course highlights:

I've really loved this class but the highlight so far has to be the discussions on The Awakening. I learned a lot about feminism and the different types and aspects of the movement.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't put off the different parts of your research papers. staying up all night so you can meet that 12:00 am or 7:00 am deadline is not recommended. Doing everything is a timely fashion will help you not to get overwhelmed with everything thats going on in the class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it pushes you to think outside of the box. It pushes you to try harder and to become a person that is one sided. This course helps you to see al the sides to a book and helps you to understand a work of literature in a different way and in the way the author intended.

    Course highlights:

I have learned so much. It helps you to open your mind and be considerate of others views. I have learned to never just read the words on the pages of a book but to dig into those words and really figure out what the author meant.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read everything he gives you to read and walk into that class ready to get into deep meaningful conversations over topic s you have never thought about.
